Serving Opportunities

Kid’s Church Teacher (3-4 needed)-  prepares and teaches lesson from supplied curriculum. Two age groups available, PreK-K & 1st-4th. Serves 4-6 times per year. 

Kid’s Church Helper (3-4 needed)- Supports teacher, helps with activities. Serves 4-6 times per year.

Sunday School Teacher (2-3 needed)- Prepares and teaches lesson weekly from supplied curriculum. Serves weekly. 

Sunday School Helper (2-3 needed)- Supports teacher, helps with activities. May fill in for main teacher when needed. Serves weekly. 

Sunday School Subs (need several)- Willing to fill in to teach and/or be a helper when our regular teachers/helpers are absent

Nursery/PreSchool Volunteer (5-6 needed)- Serves in our Preschool department (ages birth-4 years) 4-6 times per year during the 10:50-12:00 Worship hour. 

Sunday Night Teacher (2-3 needed)- Prepares lessons and activities from supplied curriculum for kids ages PreK-6th. Serves weekly. 

Sunday Night Nursery Volunteer (several needed)- Serves in our Preschool department (ages birth-4 years) on Sunday Nights during adult and youth Bible Studies. 

Midweek Teacher (4 needed)- prepares short lesson from supplied curriculum for their given age group. Usually team teaches and rotates who is teaching each week. Serves Weekly. 

Responsible for attending Mid-week and/or Sunday morning student bible studies, infrequent outings, Summer-camp opportunities, etc.

Need 2-3 Sponsors

Coaches (1 per team), Referees(1-2), and a clock manager (1-2) for once-a-week practices on a weekday evening and weekly games on Saturday mornings to help manage children’s teams, referee games, and/or run the clock during games. 

​Need 10-15 Total Volunteers

Responsible for distributing applications, processing applicants, and communicating with Angel Tree partners regarding adoptions, gift guidelines, and return dates.

 Number needed: 2-3

Sunday mornings 8:30 to the end of the morning worship service.  From the computer in the balcony presenting the announcements, songs, and sermon  notes on the various screens for the congregation and choir to see.  

Sunday schedule - 8:30 to 9:20 practice with JB and Praise team; 

10:50 to Noonish - morning worship service.  You will serve once a month

Total of 2 or 3 needed volunteers​

Co-ordinator - oversee shoe box ministry, several meetings throughout the year and  then the busy Collection Week in November.  You will have pastoral support (John)

Volunteer helpers - assisting the co-ordinator during collection week

Greets guests at the door, hands out bulletins, assists with check-in, and helps visitors find where to go.

Volunteers (5-6 needed)

​Help lead group discussion, provide support, greeting, and set up.

Volunteers (4 needed)

Provide a calm & welcoming presence.

Monitor assigned service area.

Be prepared to respond to situations to ensure the safety of congregants.

Not required to hold a fire arm.

Volunteers (10 plus needed)

Must be 18 years or older.
